Good News Translation
The price is to be set according to the number of years the land can produce crops before the next Year of Restoration.

New Revised Standard Version
When you buy from your neighbor, you shall pay only for the number of years since the jubilee; the seller shall charge you only for the remaining crop years.

On the basis of the number of years since the last jubilee you shall purchase the land from your neighbor; and so also, on the basis of the number of years of harvest, that person shall sell it to you.
