Good News Translation
There are winds that were created to bring punishment, fierce enough to move mountains. In times of judgment, they unleash their strength and calm the anger of their maker.

“There are winds created for vengeance, and in their anger they can dislodge mountains; on the day of reckoning they will pour out their strength and calm the anger of their Maker.

"The Lord created furious winds to take revenge for him. And on the day of judgment, they will punish his enemies, then his anger will be calmed. *
