Sirach 46:6
Good News Translation
The Lord hurled the hail down on the enemy and destroyed them at the pass at Beth Horon, so that the nations would realize how strong Joshua was, since he was fighting as a devoted follower of the Lord.

He overwhelmed that nation in battle, and on the slope he destroyed his opponents, so that the nations might know his armament, that he was fighting in the sight of the Lord; for he was a devoted follower of the Mighty One.

Contemporary English Version
As the battle moved down the mountain slopes Joshua defeated and destroyed the enemy army, so that everyone would know he fought under the command of the Mighty Lord of Israel, and that the Lord himself fought on their side.
