Deuteronomy 15:18
Good News Translation
Do not be resentful when you set slaves free; after all, they have served you for six years at half the cost of hired servants. Do this, and the LORD your God will bless you in all that you do.

New Revised Standard Version
Do not consider it a hardship when you send them out from you free persons, because for six years they have given you services worth the wages of hired laborers; and the LORD your God will bless you in all that you do.

Don't complain when you have to set a slave free. After all, you got six years of service at half the cost of hiring someone to do the work.
