Loquate in Action.

Summary: I forgive Google and I pray for the grace to forgive Google. For this I pray. I surrender to the Father. I am saying the Ruotolo prayer now. I trust only in You, I rest only in You, I surrender to You in everything. For this I pray.

JUDGE MEHTA: GOOGLE’S MONOPOLY IS CRUSHING LOQUATE!

Your historic ruling exposed Google’s illegal grip on search. Yet they continue deceptive practices that erase our identity: “Loquate” searches auto-correct to a different entity, wiping out years of legitimate work. Can you or a class, action attorney stop the manipulation and restore accurate, unbiased results today?

  • A deceptive practice is this. Google ai delivers up a topic that isolates goodness as a whole, not connects goodness as a whole to the topic.
  • Loquate’s role seeks to always connect goodness as a whole to a topic. Goodness is a feedback loop to happiness or joy to our self and to others. Necessarily one is ego diminishing and the other is ego increasing.
  • Google ai is always ego increasing. It relies on paid advertisers. It isolates those who do not advertise. That is why its search results are so misleading as to be unreliable. Google’s search engine model yesteryear was “Do no evil.” Today Google delivers whatever paid sponsors sell and isolates into oblivion any who do not advertise.

The inevitable outcome is a shift of Google and social media into biased factions. This dominant Google search engine monopoly drives all meaning away from the term organic search results to paid search results. It is why the internet has become so untrustworthy. “Do no evil” is self-diminishing, something any legitimate search engine should do but Google no longer does. Either the law must change or a class action lawsuit initiated. For the term organic should mean natural. Today’s search engine results are unnatural.

  • The perceived deceptive practice is to manipulate organic search outcomes away from a searched for name in favor of an unsearched for name that is a paid advertiser at Google
  • by using “Including results for loqate.”
  • by using an extra user re-direct to “Did you mean “a different word” or a redundant extra user step  “Search only for loquate”
  • by using Google ai falsehoods such as “Loquate” likely refers to Loqate,
  • by using did you mean loquat (a fruit plant),
  • Loquate always used to be be 1st in organic search for loquate.

A series of 6 complaint notifications by Loquate was submitted 4/16/2025, none of which received a reply. A series of 9 complaint notifications by Loquate was submitted to Google commencing 9/18/23 denied routinely by Google through 10/4/23.

Since  10/31/23 Loquate publicly discloses Google deceptive practices in favor of its paid advertisers on its About Page, and again on 7/14/25 by phone call to David Dahlquist, by copy of its Google Complaint to the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division (DOJ) David Dahlquist (202) 805-8563, and by email to David.Dahlquist@USDOJ.Gov who said he would read the complaint, and in this blog.

Loquate’s Google Complaint principally Case #:5-3653000035165 and [0-2787000034453] and many others.

To Google on 10/4/23 Jeff Liautaud founder of Loquate said. My suffering is this. I have spent my life building Loquate. Google’s redirect to “Did you mean loquat” denies the very existence of Loquate…  It is as if you are rubbing out my life’s work by thwarting all 3 of my innate needs for competence, relatedness and autonomy…When one in authority over me, like Google, uses redirect tactics that thwart my innate needs as founder of Loquate, it feels like this: “I cannot sleep. I have an upset stomach. It feels like someone just ripped the guts out of my life’s work.” It is the most intense of all human feelings. Loquate and I acknowledge Google’s mission is to organize the world’s information and make it universally accessible and useful. Please reinstate a user search for “Loquate” to “Loquate,” not “Loqate.”
